Napoleon: Prestige 500 Freestanding Grill

Love the versatility of this grill. The infrared sear station, rotisserie, and smoke box allow me to cook almost anything.

Having decided to replace and upgrade my faithful but worn-out Weber Genesis Silver B propane grill, I researched a number of sources I trust, particularly amazingribs.com, and decided to take a look at the Napoleon lineup.

Justin confirmed by phone that they had a good selection on display. When we arrived at the spacious and well-arranged store he greeted us and demonstrated the features of several different models, comparing build quality, materials and expected performance of the Napoleon products with those of other makers. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed.

Our new grill will be delivered in a few days. I will undoubtedly shop there again and recommend this store, thanks in large part to Justin's efforts in helping us with our choice.

So far, the phantom grill has been great. After burn-in, I've used it a few times for steaks and burgers, they all came out great! Very happy with the grill, and what accessories I've used. BBQ Outfitters made the purchase easy; Hector was a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions, the guys know their stuff. Would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend to friends.
