BBQ Outfitters: Shipping & Returns

Item Info and Pricing:

BBQ Outfitters reserves the right to change item pricing or information at any time. As a result, prices on our website may not be accurate. If an item is ordered off of the internet before we have updated our prices, the purchaser will be notified and given the option to cancel or pay the difference. If the price of an item is lowered after a purchase is made, BBQ Outfitters will not refund the difference to the customer.

Shipping:

Shipments are driveway or curbside only. In home delivery is neither implied nor offered for internet sales. BBQ Outfitters does not charge shipping if the shopping cart total is greater than $1500. For totals less than $1500 shipping rates will be as follows:

0.00 - 79.99 = $9.00
80.00 - 149.99 = $18.00
150.00 - 299.99 = $28.00
300.00 - 599.99 = $48.00
600.00 - 999.99 = $78.00
1000.00 - 1499.99 = $98.00
1500.00 - UP = FREE

These rates are very competitive with the actual shipping charge often greater than the Rate shown. With the exception of small items, BBQ Outfitters incurs a $15 insurance charge to ensure smooth handling of damage claims. We do not ultimately control the shipping companies. Once the shipment is in their hands, we cannot change the shipping address, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day, and we can only approximate delivery times.

If any damage exists, call us right away! This will expedite receipt of a replacement item on your end and timely reimbursement from the shipping company on our end.

In stock orders will take about 1-3 business days to ship and then 3-7 business days to reach a customer. We will notify you if a backorder exists and provide an estimated ship date.

Product Exchanges or Returns:

You can return any product within 30 days from date of shipment, EXCEPT: items which have been installed or used in any manner, or items which are special order such as custom color (ie: outdoor kitchens, color ranges, etc.).

All returned items will be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. This is because even if a product is returned in resalable condition, we still have to pay for the box, the bubble wrap, the 3-5 percent credit card fees, and the labor that went into shipping the item. If we sold or shipped you the wrong item, we will refund your entire amount.

All returns require previous communication with BBQ Outfitters. Please do not simply ship items back. Items must be returned prepaid in resale condition with all documentation, hoses, etc. Contact us to schedule a return and check back with us several days after you have shipped it. We will not be held responsible for a refund if a follow up call is not made by the customer.

If an item is damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost. This rarely ever happens, but unfortunately, it does every once-in-a-while. If we shipped an incorrect item to you or if you received a damaged item, we apologize. Please call us 512-347-1988, and we will correct the situation.

Sales Tax:

We are required to charge tax on purchases made in Texas. The sales tax rate is 8.25 percent for Texas. This amount will be added to your merchandise total and reflected on your credit card charge. Sales to any state other than Texas are tax-free! For the time being.
