Our Take on DCS . . . DCS has been a top pick since we opened in 1998. BBQ Outfitters is the largest DCS dealer in Texas. The product is extremely well built yet comparatively simple. DCS gets very hot allowing true restaurant searing without the need for an infrared burner. Yet the DCS turns down well for more traditional mid temperature grilling.

The reversible channel grids on the DCS 36 and 48 are the best grids in the industry and provide 'sizzle in the channel'. The DCS is highly reliable; however you should expect to change out the ceramic roller assemblies at about the 5-7 year point.

The DCS Outdoor Product Line is comparatively simple in that that they offer a good, but not great selection of peripherals for the outdoor kitchen. DCS is priced at a very good 'value' for a super premium product. DCS also offers nationwide service which is important when buying online. Most DCS Products are made in Mexico.
